Agave Dental Care Northeast is looking for a dependable, hardworking dental assistant to join our second-shift team. This is a full-time three-day schedule for someone who wants consistent hours, a supportive team, and the opportunity to grow in a busy dental practice.

Schedule Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

What you will do • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care • Assist the dentist during procedures and help keep the clinical schedule moving efficiently • Take radiographs and maintain accurate patient records within the scope of your training and credentials • Follow sterilization, infection-control, and safety protocols • Provide patients with attentive, professional care • Support teammates and help maintain an organized, productive office

Qualifications • Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant license preferred • Candidates who have completed dental assistant training may be considered; we can provide on-the-job training and help eligible candidates obtain their Texas RDA license • Reliable, punctual, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental setting • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time employees are eligible for 401(k), paid time off, and additional company benefits.
