    Job Summary Come join our dental family! Our patients love us, and we're always learning to help people. We are seeking someone qualified and caring to join our team! You'll help provide top-notch dental care that makes our patients feel like family. We go to continuing education courses, have a bonus plan, and no night hours or late nights. We are looking for a long-term, FULL-TIME candidate for front desk/receptionist duties at our dental office.     Welcome patients to the practice with warmth and hospitality

    Respond to inquiries from patients, in person and over the phone

    Make appointments and collect fees for services rendered

    Utilize the computer to keep track of patients' appointments

    File paperwork and keep organized

    Possesses outstanding customer service skills; capable of making patients feel welcome and relaxed

    Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities; capable of keeping track of appointments and fees

    Has demonstrated an aptitude for computers and technology; quick to learn new programs and systems

    Self-sufficient and willing to take on tasks of any level

    Displays a strong desire to improve the user experience through innovation and problem-solving

    Responsibilities

    Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable

    Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have

    Take vital signs and accurately record medical history

    Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures

    Assist the dentist during procedures and exams

    Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies

    Schedule appointments

    Qualifications

    Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation

    Strong computer and data entry skills

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Ability to provide high-quality patient care

    Salary

    $19 - $24 hourly
