Bridges Dental is a boutique cosmetic and restorative dental practice in the heart of Union Square, San Francisco. Known for our spa-like atmosphere and exceptional patient care, we treat every patient like family and take pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience.

We're looking for an upbeat, caring, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday). If you're passionate about patient care, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and want to be part of a practice where quality comes first, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and informed

Assist Dr. Bridges during exams and procedures

Record and maintain accurate dental and medical records

Take digital X-rays and clinical photographs

Prepare, sterilize, and maintain treatment rooms and instruments

Follow infection control and safety protocols

Support the team in keeping the office running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Dental Assistant certificate or Associate's Degree from an accredited program

Previous dental assisting experience preferred

Current digital X-ray certification and sterilization training required

Strong communication and patient service skills

Comfortable with technology and digital records

Experience with cosmetic dentistry is a plus

RDA preferred but not required (higher compensation available for RDAs)

CPR certification is helpful but not required
