Responsibilities

As a key member of our clinical team, you will:

• Provide exceptional four-handed chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready for patient care
• Welcome patients and help create a comfortable, positive experience
• Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral images
• Assist with restorative, surgical, cosmetic, and endodontic procedures
• Perform instrument sterilization and maintain OSHA and CDC compliance standards
• Take impressions and assist with laboratory procedures
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications

Required

• Active Dental Assistant certification as required by the State of Florida
• Current Radiology/X-Ray Certification
• Prior Dental Assisting experience
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred

• RDA, EFDA, or Expanded Functions certification
• Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software

• Experience in a fast-paced private practice setting
