We’re looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to join our friendly, supportive dental team in Coon Rapids, MN. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Prepare and organize sterilized instruments, supplies, and materials for dental procedures • Chairside assist dentists and hygienists during examinations and treatments • Perform pediatric prophylaxis (Pedo Prophies) • Float assist across rooms as needed • Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays) • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and postoperative care • Record vital signs, update medical histories, and maintain accurate patient records • Sterilize and disinfect equipment and maintain infection control standards Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Current Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) certification in Minnesota (or eligible soon) • Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program (CODA) • Current BLS/CPR certification • Experience using dental software and digital radiography • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • A warm, team-first attitude and a commitment to patient comfort and care Compensation: $21 - $33 hourly
