Responsibilities: • Help dentists and dental hygienists during procedures or examinations by providing suction, handing off dental instruments, and ensuring chair-side accessibility to the team • Take and document vital signs and medical history for patient records • Prepare and lay out sterilized equipment, dental instruments, anesthetics, dental supplies, and materials inside treatment rooms for examinations and dental procedures • Ensure dental office infection control policies and safety regulations are met by disinfecting and sterilizing all equipment and instruments after use • Greet patients and explain dental care treatment plans so they feel comfortable during the appointment Qualifications: • Active BLS/CPR certification is required • Experience with dental software, updating patient histories, and computer skills are needed • Strong interpersonal skills, customer service, organization, and excellent communication skills are essential • Need to have an Active X-Ray licence Compensation: $20 - $27 hourly
