Small endodontics office is looking for a fully bilingual assistant It could be Full Time or Part Time, from 10 am to 5 pm or to 6 pm or 4 days/week

What you will be doing?

Assist the doctor chair side (helping the main assistant or assisting the doctor directly); setting up rooms, doing sterilization, taking X-rays/CBCTs, ordering from vendors, providers, etc.

Assist in presenting treatment plans chairside during consultations (collect copayments, making appointments, etc.) - training provided

Assist in documentation

Assist in answering the phone when the front desk is on lunch or busy

What are we looking for?

Fully bilingual communication (verbal and written in English and Spanish)

Excellent customer service skills

Previous dental office experience (preferred)

Familiarity with HIPPA, OSHA, infection control regulations

Have basic mathematical skills

A team player with good references
