What You’ll Do:

Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in dental assisting

Inspire and motivate students to succeed in both classroom and clinical settings

Provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout students’ educational journey

Maintain a positive, high-energy learning environment

Track student progress and ensure program outcomes are achieved

What We’re Looking For:

Dental assisting experience, RDA required

Previous teaching or training experience is a plus—but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills

High energy, positivity, and a passion for helping others grow

A go-getter mindset with the ability to motivate and connect with students
