Dental Assistant (Full-Time – 30 Hours/Week)
Location: Mequon, Wisconsin
A specialty prosthodontic office in Mequon, WI is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This is a full-time position (approximately 30 hours per week) in a practice that prioritizes precision, quality, and exceptional patient care
Key Responsibilities
Chairside Assisting
- Assist the prosthodontist during complex restorative and prosthetic procedures
- Anticipate doctor needs and ensure smooth procedure flow
- Manage suction, retraction, and instrument transfer efficiently
Operatory Preparation & Turnover
- Set up and break down operatories for specialty cases
- Ensure all instruments and materials are prepared in advance
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms
Sterilization & Infection Control
- Follow strict sterilization protocols
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and state guidelines
- Monitor equipment maintenance and proper storage
Impressions & Lab Coordination
- Assist with impressions, temporaries, and prosthetic case preparation
- Coordinate with dental laboratories and manage case tracking
Patient Support
- Seat and prepare patients for treatment
- Provide clear post-operative instructions as directed
- Help create a calm, compassionate experience for patients
Compensation
- $25 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications
- Dental Assisting experience is required
- Strong chairside assisting skills
- Knowledge of OSHA and infection control standards
