Role Overview

As a Dental Assistant, you help every visit run smoothly, safely, and comfortably. You’ll support the doctor chairside, maintain high standards of sterilization, and create a patient experience defined by clarity and kindness.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare rooms, instruments, and materials for each procedure

Assist chairside for restorative and surgical treatments

Take and process digital X-rays

Maintain strict infection control standards

Chart accurately in Open Dental

Support lab cases, patient flow, and occasional front-office needs

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited assisting program

CPR/BLS and radiology certification

1+ year assisting experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork

Tech-savvy and calm in a fast-paced environment

Rooms and instruments stay prepared and compliant

Charting is accurate and timely
