Core Competencies:

• - Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience with a surgical focus
• - Hands-on experience assisting with implant placement and denture procedures
• - Comfortable working with surgical instruments and maintaining a sterile field
• - Experience with CBCTs and digital imaging a plus
• - Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required

Essential Functions:

• - Mastery in chair-side surgical assisting for implant and denture procedures
• - Excellent communication skills and ability to put patients at ease in a surgical setting
• - Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients
• - Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• - A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule
• - Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service
