    We’re hiring a personable dental assistant to provide extraordinary customer service to our patients. Responsibilities include assisting our dental staff with examinations and procedures, obtaining dental records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring our patients leave our practice with a smile. Responsibilities: • Write down treatment information after every visit and ensure patient records include current dental histories • Get the patient area ready for any examinations or procedures by preparing equipment like x-ray machines, anesthetics, and impression materials and sanitizing and laying out dental instruments • Welcome patients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. • Manage the scheduling of appointments efficiently, balancing patient needs with the availability of our dental professionals. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all information is securely stored and easily accessible. • Assist in the coordination of patient flow, ensuring minimal wait times and a seamless experience for everyone involved. • Communicate clearly with patients about their appointments, treatment plans, and any follow-up care, fostering trust and understanding. • Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, providing clear and helpful responses. • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure all necessary equipment and materials are prepared for each procedure, supporting a smooth workflow. Qualifications: • Possess the ability to provide patients with excellent care and service • Applicants should have basic data entry and computer skills • Excellent multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills Compensation: $19 - $28 hourly
