Dental Assistant

A Dental Assistant is needed in Jacksonville, FL.

Our Client and Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant to join a well-established, modern dental practice in Jacksonville, FL. This opportunity is with a team that values both outstanding patient care and a positive, supportive work environment for its staff.

Salary and Benefits

• $25 an Hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and organize tools needed for dental procedures
• Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after treatment
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Maintain and sterilize dental instruments and treatment areas
• Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-op care instructions
• Accurately document patient care and treatment plans

Work Schedule

• 5 Day Work Week is Preferred, but 4 Day May be an Option
• Office is Open:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8am-4pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday: 10am-6pm
• No weekends or major holidays

Requirements

• Certification Not Required
• 3+ Years of Experience Assisting is Required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
