Learns by doing, repeating, and getting better every day

Stays calm and steps up when things get busy

Helps the team without being asked

Takes pride in clean, organized, efficient work

Brings a positive, professional attitude—even under pressure

    You will:

Support clinical procedures chairside and behind the scenes

Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas

Manage sterilization flow (fast, accurate, consistent)

Keep the clinic stocked, organized, and running smoothly

Take patient photos/records with efficiency and consistency

You care about doing things the right way, not the easy way
