    What You'll Do

    • Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures using four-handed dentistry
    • Capture digital radiographs and clinical records
    • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
    • Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols
    • Document patient information and clinical notes accurately
    • Support an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment completion
    • Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and administrative team members to keep the day running smoothly

    What We're Looking For

    • Previous dental assisting experience preferred
    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
    • Excellent communication and patient service skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
    • Comfort with dental technology and digital workflows
    • Experience with restorative, endodontic, periodontal, and oral surgery procedures is a plus
