Pesh Orthodontics is growing, and we're looking for an Orthodontic Assistant or Dental Assistant who wants to be part of a positive, high-performing team that genuinely enjoys taking care of patients.

We're looking for someone who notices what needs to be done before they're asked, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a team that moves quickly while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Whether you already have orthodontic experience or are an RDA excited to learn orthodontics, we are willing to invest in the right person.
We believe in:
• Putting patients first • Constant growth and learning • Taking ownership • Supporting one another • Doing the right thing, even when nobody is watching • Creating a positive environment where people love coming to work

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Assist the orthodontist during patient care procedures • Take records including photographs, radiographs, and digital scans • Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day • Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliances, and treatment instructions • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories • Accurately document treatment and update patient records • Assist with sterilization and infection control protocols • Support teammates and help wherever needed to ensure a great patient experience • Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and California Dental Board requirements

Preferred:

OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES
• Positive attitude • Reliability and punctuality • Professional communication • Coachability • Team-first mindset • Attention to detail • Commitment to continuous improvement
If you're looking for a practice where you'll be challenged, supported, and appreciated, we would love to meet you.
