Compensation- $72,000 annual salary with 401(k) and PTO Responsibilities: • Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors • Streamline office systems including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and optimizing the organizational budget • Perform additional human resources and office administration duties as needed • Make sure office policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards • Ensure Office Operations are running efficiently • Hiring, onboarding, and training of Dental Assistants • Systematic reviews of employee performance • Maintain dental supply inventory • Dental equipment performance and maintenance • Assist providers in clinical operations • Communicate with the Manager at weekly meetings • Ensure Provider's Schedules are productive and organized • Manage dental laboratories and vendors Qualifications: • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Dental Experience • Minimum 2+ Years Dental Treatment Coordinator/Front Desk Admin a must Compensation: $72,000 annual salary
