We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to contribute to the success of the Marketing Department by providing by developing, implementing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns to drive sales, service, and parts business. Effectively and efficiently utilizes resources of the marketing department. Implements best business practices and applies The Rusnak Standard to deliver superior client and associate satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO.

Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging, educational, and on-brand content.

Optimize the website for search engines and user experience to improve traffic and conversion rates.

Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns to increase new patient appointments.

Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies based on data and KPIs.

Oversee online reputation management, including reviews, listings, and patient feedback platforms.

Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to create promotional materials, landing pages, and patient-focused messaging.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and healthcare marketing best practices.

Qualifications

Extensive experience managing marketing projects from start to finish

Strong time management skills

Experience working with project management software and systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
