Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! You will also be scheduling meetings to keep stakeholders and team members informed on project timeframes, and create weekly and monthly goals, reports, and dashboards. The ideal candidate has marketing experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to push a project through to completion.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Brand Management • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals (e.g., new patient growth, retention, specialty service promotion). • Ensure consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all locations (print, digital, in-office). • Conduct competitive and market research to differentiate the DSO in a crowded market.
Digital Marketing Management • Oversee website content, SEO strategy, and ensure local SEO optimization for each office. • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube) to generate leads and track ROI. • Create and manage content calendars for social media and email marketing. • Ensure Google Business Profiles for all locations are optimized and regularly updated.
Patient Acquisition & Retention Campaigns • Plan and execute referral programs, promotions, reactivation campaigns, and community outreach. • Design and manage campaigns that target specific demographics (e.g., ortho, implants, pediatric, etc.). • Monitor patient reviews (e.g., Google, Yelp) and implement reputation management strategies.
Performance Analytics & ROI Tracking • Track KPIs across campaigns: new patient numbers, cost per lead/acquisition, call conversion rate, etc. • Create regular reports for leadership showing what’s working and what needs improvement. • Use analytics to optimize budget allocation between channels (digital, traditional, grassroots).
Coordination with Internal Teams • Collaborate with office managers and regional leadership to understand location-specific needs. • Train front office staff on asking for reviews, referrals, and following up with leads. • Coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., designers, videographers, ad agencies) when needed.
In-House Production & Content Creation • Oversee or create high-quality in-house marketing content (photos, videos, testimonials, office tours). • Ensure all content complies with HIPAA and ethical marketing standards. • Develop print materials (brochures, flyers, banners) for in-office and local community use.
Local Outreach & Events • Organize and promote health fairs, school visits, charity drives, and other community events. • Build partnerships with local businesses or schools to boost local visibility and brand trust. • New Office Launches: Handle grand opening marketing and patient flow build-up. • Marketing Team Management: If the DSO grows, hire and manage additional marketing staff. • CRM Oversight: Leverage CRM or dental software integrations (e.g., NexHealth, Weave, Practice by Numbers) to run automated campaigns.
