    Key Details:

    • Pay: $26 - $31 per hour, depending on experience
    • Bilingual Pay Policy: Eligible for a $1.25/hour increase with language proficiency
    • Schedule: Full time; M - F; 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
    • Location: 18633 SE Stark Street, Portland, OR

    Who You Are: You’re a strategic, detail oriented professional who thrives on turning data into action. You’re comfortable managing projects, interpreting metrics, and working across teams to improve patient engagement and clinic performance. You bring a collaborative spirit and a passion for community health. Qualifications include:

    • 1 -2 years of experience in project management, data analysis, or healthcare operations
    • Familiarity with medical clinic workflows, terminology, and patient flow; dental specific is a plus, but not required.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret trends and translate them into actionable strategies
    • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Comfortable with patient facing tasks such as outreach calls and follow ups
    • Experience creating reports and presenting data to stakeholders
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
    • Experience in community health or nonprofit settings is a plus

    What You’ll Do: As the Dental Data and Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the strategic goals of our dental department. Your work will help improve clinic efficiency, patient engagement, and overall care delivery. A typical day will include:

    • Managing and analyzing dental operations data to identify trends and opportunities
    • Maintaining dashboards and tracking KPIs such as no show rates, appointment utilization, and provider productivity
    • Collaborating with the data team and Dental Director to develop and refine data collection processes
    • Supporting the implementation of data informed strategies to improve clinic performance
    • Coordinating daily clinic operations, including schedule optimization and patient flow
    • Conducting targeted patient outreach to improve appointment adherence and follow up care
    • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and compliance efforts
    • Serving as a liaison between dental operations and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
    • Gathering feedback from staff and patients to inform ongoing improvements
    • Staying informed on best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion and supporting their integration into dental operations.
