Dental Director

Our client was established in 2004 to better brand itself as a primary care provider for their entire area. Our client has grown from serving a few hundred patients in a modular unit with one provider and less than 10 employees serving more than 46,000 patients at multiple locations in Pasco and Hernando counties with an average of 315 care team members. Since its inception, the organization has provided more than one million patient care services.

The Position: The Dental Director is accountable to ensure patient rights and ensures an environment that promotes the privacy, dignity and well-being of all patients in a safe, secure environment. They are responsible for supervising the provision of all dental care by residents and all dental staff. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $180,000 - $230,000+ depending on experience

Requirements:

• Graduation From an Accredited Dental School and Residency Program
• Leadership Experience (FQHC or Nonprofit)
• Monday – Friday (40 hours)
• No Nights
• No Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm
• Develop best-in-class treatment practices and innovative business strategies that are aligned with client’s mission and values
• Build trusting relationships and maintain continuity of care
• Provide general dentistry for pediatrics and adults
• Partner closely with medical and pediatrics teams to provide quality health care
• Promote dental education in prevention, health management, and self-advocacy
• Help improve care delivery through Quality Improvement initiatives
• Mentor others and contribute to a positive clinical culture
• Travel across client's sites to engage with providers and drive engagement amongst the team
