We are hoping to find an EXPERIENCED front desk administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career. This role will start out as an administrator position, but hopefully transform into a managerial position very quickly. As part of our close-knit practice, you will be at the heart of our patient care experience, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. With a salary range of $30 - $35 per hour, you will play a key role in managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities: • Schedule and confirm patient appointments with precision, ensuring every visit is well-coordinated. • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, creating a seamless and welcoming experience for all. • Handle patient inquiries with care and professionalism, both in person and over the phone. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, safeguarding essential information. • Coordinate with dental staff to optimize daily schedules, enhancing patient care and team efficiency. • Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere at the front desk, making every patient feel valued. • Support the transition to a managerial role by demonstrating leadership and initiative in daily tasks. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in dental office administration. • Proficient in managing patient scheduling and billing procedures. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance procedures. • Must be personable and a team player (This is non-negotiable). Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
