Dental Front Desk Associate

Titan Placement Group is searching for a Front Desk Associate/ Receptionist for a position with an office in Bradenton, FL.

Specifically, Bradenton is recognized for its beaches, parks, wildlife preserves, and the iconic IMG Academy.

• Salary Range: $22-$24 per Hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Monday- Friday Schedule
• 8am-5pm with Lunch Break
• Provide a Warm and Welcoming Greeting to Patients on Arrival
• Answer Phone Calls
• Scheduling and Confirming Appointments
• Managing Patient Records
• Collecting Payments and Insurance Verification

Requirements

• Previous Dental Experience Required- Preferably with Perio Experience/ Knowledge
• Offer Concierge Type of Experience
• Organized and Detail-Oriented
• Warm and Friendly Personality
• Incredible Communication Skills
• Compassionate and Patient-Centered Care Approach
• Organized and Detail-Oriented
