Big Sky Smiles and Sedation in Missoula, MT is looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk professional to be the welcoming face of our practice! Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience

Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the dental office calendar efficiently

Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing and co-payments

Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage patient communications

Maintain and update accurate patient records using dental practice management software

Coordinate treatment plans and present financial options to patients

Manage patient flow and communicate effectively with clinical dental staff

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of dental front desk or dental administrative experience required

Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)

Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy dental office environment

Familiarity with dental terminology and treatment planning processes

Dependable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
