    We are seeking a highly organized and personable Dental Front Desk & Insurance Coordinator to join our team. This multifaceted role combines front desk operations with insurance coordination. The ideal candidate is friendly, articulate, dependable, and able to communicate effectively with both patients and team members.

    You will play a key role in creating a seamless and positive patient experience through efficient scheduling, accurate insurance verification, and proactive claims management.

    Key Responsibilities

    Greet patients in a professional and welcoming manner

    Manage daily front desk operations with efficiency and attention to detail

    Answer incoming calls courteously and respond to patient inquiries

    Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility

    Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims

    Collect payments and handle billing communications

    Maintain a well-organized, patient-focused office environment

    Qualifications

    Dentrix experience required

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor

    Proven experience with dental insurance verification and payments.

    Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

    Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

    Prior dental front desk or office management experience required
