Responsibilities: • Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they step through our doors. • Manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal scheduling to maximize our practice's productivity. • Handle patient inquiries with clarity and empathy, providing accurate information and resolving concerns promptly. • Maintain an organized and professional front desk area, reflecting our commitment to excellence and patient care. • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and effective communication across the team. • Process patient check-ins and check-outs swiftly, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. • Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries, ensuring patients understand their coverage and financial responsibilities clearly and confidently. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of front desk experience in a dental office. • Proficient in Dentrix. • Strong understanding of PPO insurance and Pre-Determination processing. • Confident in presenting treatment plans and clearly communicating with patients. • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor. • Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays. Compensation: $20 - $26 hourly based on experience
