Join Big Sky Smiles and Sedation as a Dental Front Desk with Billing Experience, where you will be the welcoming face of our practice in Missoula, MT. We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and support. Dental Experience required. Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.

Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the dental team.

Handle patient billing inquiries and process payments accurately.

Verify insurance eligibility and manage claims submission.

Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.

Collaborate with dental staff to optimize patient flow and experience.

Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a dental front desk role with billing knowledge.

Strong understanding of dental insurance processes and terminology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.

Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Professional demeanor and a passion for patient care.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
