Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome patients with a warm smile, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in. • Efficiently manage patient check-ins and check-outs, maintaining a smooth flow of appointments throughout the day. • Verify patient insurance details accurately, providing clear information to patients about their coverage and benefits. • Coordinate treatment plans with patients, ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their care decisions. • Handle billing and payment processes with precision, addressing any patient inquiries or concerns promptly. • Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential. • Collaborate with dental staff to schedule appointments that optimize the team's workflow and meet patient needs effectively. Qualifications: • Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred. • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required. • Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office and dental software a plus. • 1+ year of experience in a dental front office, medical front desk, or customer service role preferred. • Sales or case presentation experience preferred (comfortable discussing treatment options and financials with patients). • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Ability to handle phone calls and occasional high-pressure situations with professionalism. Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
