We're looking for a front office assistant who will maintain a high level of customer service at all times. Duties include answering phone, scheduling appointments, patient intake and discharge, appointment confirmations, verifying Medicaid and insurance benefits, collecting payments, co-payments and deductibles, and maintaining recall appointments. Responsibilities: • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times • Work as part of a team with an emphasis on communication • Schedule patient appointments in accordance with monthly and daily patient goals • Greet and check patients into the office in a friendly and professional manner • Be present and on time for work Qualifications: • Previous customer service experience • Excellent communication skills • Be present and on time for work • Willingness to learn new things • Pleasant and peaceful personality • Willingness to work in a team environment Compensation: $17.50 hourly DOE
