Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with occasional Fridays as needed)

Join a positive, welcoming office atmosphere where patients are at the heart of what we do, and the team works together to achieve excellence.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A minimum of one year of dental office experience (required) and one year of dental billing experience (required)

A passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Experience with insurance verification and claims processing to ensure smooth daily operations

Knowledge or experience with Eaglesoft Software (a plus, but not required)

Strong skills in accounts receivable and collections

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage patients and team members effectively

Exceptional customer service skills—your ability to create a welcoming and positive environment is key

A calm demeanor and flexibility, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

A team-oriented attitude, with a commitment to constant learning and professional growth

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
