We are a well-established dental practice in San Diego, Banker's Hill/Balboa Park neighborhood. We're looking for a welcoming, confident, organized person who loves to "go the extra mile" to provide excellent customer service to patients and teammates alike.

The right candidate will have a knack for communicating well with all ages and have a smile so warm it can be felt across the room or through the phone!

Here are some specifics that would make you a great fit with us:

• Possess 5+ years of dental front office experience

• Clearly communicate treatment presentation to patients

• Comfortable and confident discussing financial arrangements

• Well-versed in using Dentrix

• Accurate and proficient with dental terminology and insurance billing

• Demonstrate enthusiasm along with the desire and ability to work well with others

• Possess a natural curiosity to learn, and openness to receiving feedback on how to improve.

Pay rate is important and is negotiable depending on skills, experience, and impact to the practice. The right combination of exceptional skills and energetic spirit will be rewarded.
