Responsibilities
Maintain and organize all administrative functions in the front office.
Handle reception tasks.
Answer the office phone and distribute calls or messages accordingly.
Communicate patients' arrival promptly.
Manage administrative records and document patient dental treatments and transactions.
Follow office procedures for patient referrals and scheduling of appointments.
Maintain office accounts receivable information and make financial arrangements with patients before treatments.
Order office and administrative supplies.
