Responsibilities: You Will: • Confidently manage patient calls, texts, and emails • Control and optimize the schedule to maximize efficiency and patient care • Present treatment plans and educate patients with clarity and confidence • Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, attachments, and appeals • Track KPIs and understand how your work impacts practice performance • Collect payments, manage follow-ups, and ensure patients move forward with care Qualifications: You’ll Thrive Here If You Have: • Proven dental front office or treatment coordinator experience • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance, and case presentation • Confidence in discussing treatment and finances with patients • Close attention to detail and strong follow-through • A results-driven mindset — you care about patient return and case acceptance • The ability to stay calm, organized, and sharp in a fast-paced environment • A team-first attitude with high personal accountability Compensation: $26 - $30 hourly
