Mor Smiles is looking for a friendly, reliable, and patient-focused Hygiene Assistant to support our hygiene team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every patient. What You’ll Do

Support our hygienists chairside throughout the day

Set up and break down operatories for hygiene appointments

Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness standards

Take radiographs (X-ray certification required)

Assist with charting and hygiene flow

Keep supplies organized and stocked

Help patients feel comfortable, welcome, and cared for

Jump in wherever needed to support the flow of the practice

What We’re Looking For

X-ray certification required

Dental assisting or hygiene assisting experience preferred (but we will train the right person)

Reliable, organized, and eager to learn

Positive, team-oriented attitude . We support each other every day

Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
