Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing EXPERIENCED (2+ yrs) Coordinator . In this role, you will provide support to our busy office employees, and patients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to answering phone calls, putting treatment plans together and immediately presenting them to the patient ,keeping the doctors schedules full, and writing correspondence. YOU MUST HAVE SOME DENTAL INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
Put a complete treatment plan together & present to the patient
Verify that insurance information & treatment plan coincide
Get faxbacks for insurance coordinator
Schedule appointments and maintain a full hygiene schedule
Check that all forms needed are completed
Send out patient forms and call to confirm appointments
Write/respond to emails, send texts
Contribute to company reports and huddles
Maintain an organized desk while executing daily tasks
Qualifications
2+ YRS OF EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AS A COORDINATOR, DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THIS, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION WITHOUT IT.
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize daily responsibilities
