Dental Hygienist – $45+/Hour | 4-Day Workweek | No Weekends

Prosperity Placement Solutions is recruiting a Dental Hygienist for a modern, established dental practice in Starke, FL. This is a full-time, Monday–Thursday role with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive team environment focused on quality patient care—not burnout.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Consistent schedule, long weekends every week

Responsibilities:

• Preventive care (cleanings, scaling, fluoride)
• Digital X-rays and charting
• Patient education and oral health assessments
• Use of modern technology (ultrasonic scalers, intraoral cameras)
• Collaborative, team-based care

Requirements:

• Active Florida Dental Hygienist License
• Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Team-oriented mindset
