Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is patient-oriented, team-minded, and committed to providing thorough preventive and periodontal care. You’ll work directly with the doctor to ensure every patient receives high-quality, customized treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance

Conduct oral cancer screenings, charting, and periodontal assessments

Take diagnostic radiographs and iTero scans

Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

Collaborate with the dentist during exams and treatment planning

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the electronic health system

Support overall office efficiency, including sterilization and operatory turnover when needed

Qualifications

Current NC Dental Hygiene License (Required)

Local anesthesia certification preferred

Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience

Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Efficient time management

Commitment to patient education and comprehensive care

Bilingual in Spanish-English strong plus
