Part Time Dental Hygienist – Nouveau Smile Studio (Cary NC)

Nouveau Smile Studio is seeking a stellar part time Dental Hygienist who delivers elevated individualized patient care in a modern private practice setting. This position is for someone who values quality of care over volume and believes that patients deserve time attention and clinical excellence. We provide a boutique experience supported by advanced technology same day dentistry digital workflows and a calm professional environment that respects both the provider and the patient.

This role is designed for a hygienist who is clinically confident relationship driven and aligned with high standard patient care. We are looking for someone who is compassionate and confident in treating & educating patients. Operational hours are Mon-Thurs 7:45a-4:15p through lunch.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional prophylaxis periodontal therapy and maintenance care with clinical precision • Perform accurate charting periodontal evaluations radiographs and diagnostic support for the doctor • Deliver patient education that builds trust understanding and treatment acceptance • Maintain clear accurate and ethical documentation that reflects quality clinical care • Support a calm professional and detail oriented patient experience that aligns with the practice brand • Utilize digital systems and current technology to enhance clinical efficiency and comfort

Professional Qualities We Are Looking For

• Polished professional and patient focused • Confident in identifying and treating periodontal disease • Comfortable discussing needed treatment including invisalign, crowns, guards, implants, etc • Local anesthesia certification required • NC dental hygiene license required

Position Details

• Part time two to three days per week • 1 hr per patient / 90 min new patient appointments • Team culture with amazing team members • Schedule designed to maintain patient experience not high volume turnover
