Responsibilities: • Perform preliminary dental examinations to get an overview of the patient’s oral health history for the dentist • Keep detailed records of each patient’s visit and update their health history • Identify dental issues such as periodontitis, gingivitis, or cavities so they can be treated as soon as possible • Work with dentists to decide the best form of treatment for a variety of dental disease Qualifications: • Certified to perform CPR • Must have at least an associate’s degree in dental hygiene; bachelor’s degree preferred • Has dental hygienist licensure in the state where the job is located • 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills Compensation: $50 - $55 hourly
