We are a clinically driven, fee-for-service dental practice seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our growing team for 32 hours a week (Monday–Thursday). We are passionate about comprehensive care, advanced technology, and creating an elevated patient experience.
This is not a rushed corporate environment. We believe hygienists should have the time, tools, and support needed to provide high-quality care without burning out.
What Makes This Position Different:
Unrushed Care: 1-hour adult prophies and 1.5-hour SRPs. We never double-book.
A Protected Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. No weekends.
A True Partnership: Dr. Shirman maintains an open-door policy. We value your clinical autonomy, and whatever makes the office better and more efficient is always on the table.
Frictionless Workflows: We run on OpenDental and utilize highly efficient administrative systems so you can focus entirely on patient care, not fighting the computer.
