We're a patient-focused, modern dental office located adjacent to downtown Grand Rapids, seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our great and fun team. If you love building genuine relationships with patients, delivering high-quality comprehensive care, and working in a supportive, positive environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Position Details:

Full-time: Monday through Thursday

About Us: Our practice emphasizes quality over quantity, focusing on building long-term patient relationships and providing thorough, comprehensive dental care. We pride ourselves on a fun, collaborative team atmosphere where everyone supports each other to deliver exceptional experiences for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional dental cleanings (prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing)

Conduct oral health assessments and screenings for signs of disease

Take and develop digital X-rays

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized home care

Chart patient conditions and collaborate with the dentist on treatment plans

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients

Qualifications:

Current Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist license

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification preferred

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient education and relationships

Experience in a patient-centered practice is a plus
