Responsibilities: • Conduct initial screenings for patients to understand their oral health history • Work with dentists to decide the best form of treatment for a variety of dental disease • Clean dental instruments to ensure everything is sterilized properly • Make patients feel at ease and taken care of before, during, and after the appointment • Keep detailed records of each patient’s visit and update their health history • Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified • Good time management and run on time • Effectively diagnose periodontal conditions, including periodontal disease • Use an intra-oral camera and iTero scanner for patient education Qualifications: • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Licensed to practice as a dental hygienist in the state • Current CPR certification • In-depth knowledge of dental safety regulations and HIPAA regulations Compensation: $72,000 - $90,000
