    We are seeking a qualified and caring exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our thriving practice in Longmont, CO! We are a small private general practice focused on comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dental care. My team is my family and our patients are our extended family.     Responsibilities

    Provide comprehensive dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing

    Perform Periodontal assessments, charting, and oral cancer screenings

    Capture and interpret dental radiographs

    Apply fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive therapies

    Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, and overall wellness

    Accurately document treatment notes, patient histories, and care plans in practice management software

    Collaborate closely with dentists to create individual treatment plans

    Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (as permitted)

    Maintain strict infection control and OSHA compliance standards

    Qualifications

    Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program (Associates degree or higher)

    Active Colorado Registered Dental Hygiene license

    Current CPR/BLS certification (can provide if not current)

    Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

    Excellent communication and patient relationship skills

    Preferred 1+ year of clinical experience

    Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide permits

    Periodontal therapy, and/or laser dentistry experience
