    Job Description – Territory Sales Manager - Seattle / Portland

    Our customer is dedicated to supporting dentists throughout the entire dental implant procedure, from start to finish. With a comprehensive range of services and resources, Company provides dentists with the necessary tools and guidance to ensure successful outcomes. From initial case planning and implant selection to surgical protocols and prosthetic options, Company offers a holistic approach that empowers dentists at every step of the process. Product offering spans widely across consumables, capital equipment, and more.

    General Responsibilities:

    • Oversee sales activity for current territory.
    • Oversee sales activity for assigned territories.
    • Work with customers to discuss evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.
    • Work with Regional Directors to maintain company profit and territory goals.
    • Work closely with Digital, CBCT and Clinical Team to meet company sales and initiatives.
    • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet sales goals for assigned territories.
    • Provide surgical, prosthetic, and account support for sales growth.
    • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in accounts.
    • Must be willing to travel as needed within assigned territory, including select weekends to support trade shows and educational events.
    • Support strategic partnerships with vendors to build opportunity and sales.
    • Coordinate and facilitate training seminars to improve sales techniques.
    • Support customer service and sales team with customer base.
    • Work with Universities and teaching institutions to build brand awareness and usage.
    • Work to support educational, trade show, and DSO efforts with the Sales Team.
    • Manage expenses, reports, and activities within territory.
    • Work in partnership with sales team and leadership to build education efforts, including:
      • Live Surgical - Internationally and State level.
      • Study Club's and continuums.
      • Evening programs and Road Shows.
      • Specialist programs.
      • Education for each territory to build awareness and sales.
      • Trade Shows and industry events.
    • Oversee sales activity for assigned territories.
    • Work with Vice President of Sales to establish sales goals and forecasts.
    • Work with Vice President of Sales to develop and implement new sales and training initiatives.
    • Work with Vice President of Sales to design cross selling programs and campaigns.
    • Participate in interviews and the processes of recruiting new team members.
    • Travel throughout Region (Eastern or Western US) to support clinical and marketing initiatives.

    Compensation:

    Embracing a "Paid From Dollar One" philosophy, Territory Sales Manager gross starting salaries are $80,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience, payable in accordance with standard twice a month schedule. Salary is subject to deductions for taxes and other withholdings as required by law or policies of the company. Salary will be reviewed at year end and will be adjusted commensurate with territory sales. Bases salaries will increase annually with sales and performance. For example, $1M in sales increases base salary to $100K.

    Variable compensation comes from both current and new business. A higher percentage is paid on new business and territory growth.

    We expect first year total compensation to land near $135K to $150, second year potential $150+, and third year potential on up from there. Some reps are $200K+
