Are you a detail-oriented insurance expert with a passion for dental care? We’re looking for an Experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team of practices under a dynamic Dental Service Organization (DSO).

What You’ll Do: ✅ Verify dental insurance promptly and accurately for 2 Periodontics practices, 2 General practices, and 1 Ortho practice. ✅ Work with patients & treatment coordinators to explain benefits ✅ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental coding, payer policies, and compliance regulations ✅ Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient experiences

What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 1+ years of experience in dental insurance coordination (Preferred but not required) ✔️ Strong understanding of dental billing, CDT codes, and insurance portals ✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills ✔️ Proficiency with dental practice software (e.g., Denticon, Open Dental) ✔️ A team player with a customer-first mindset
