About the Role:

NBC Orthodontics Incorporated is looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our front desk team in Georgetown, TX! Responsibilities:

Verify and process dental and orthodontic insurance benefits for new and existing patients

Submit insurance claims, track outstanding claims, and follow up on denials or rejections

Accurately post insurance payments and adjustments to patient accounts

Communicate insurance coverage, treatment costs, and payment options clearly to patients and families

Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve billing discrepancies and pre-authorization requests

Greet and check in patients at the front desk, maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere

Schedule appointments and manage patient records using orthodontic practice management software

Requirements:

1+ years of dental or orthodontic insurance coordination or dental front desk experience preferred

Strong knowledge of dental/orthodontic insurance billing, CDT codes, and EOBs

Experience with dental practice management software

Excellent communication and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy front office environment

High school diploma or equivalent required; dental billing certification a plus
