Insurance/Treatment Coordinator – Join Our Growing Practice
PGA Dentistry is looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Insurance/Treatment Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. We are a thriving, privately owned dental practice offering advanced General, Cosmetic, Implant and IV Sedation Dentistry in a modern, patient-focused environment. Qualifications
MUST HAVE 3+ years of experience in a dental office
MUST HAVE strong knowledge of PPO insurance processes and coordination
Dentrix experience preferred
Professional, friendly, and patient-centered mindset
Key Responsibilities
Review and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently with patients
Coordinate financial options, including third-party financing
Input and manage treatment plans in Dentrix
Monitor and manage the doctor’s surgical schedule
Coordinate new patient scheduling and follow-up
Verify, reconcile, and manage PPO insurance claims - No HMO
Assist with patient accounts receivable and statements
Support practice social media efforts
Maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
