    Fast Paced, Progressive, Well Established, and Collaborative Dental Kidds has a fast-growing orthodontic department and is looking to add an Orthodontist to step into a well-established and respected dental practice serving children and teens. We have 4 clinics located in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin and provide the highest dental care to our young patients while creating a supportive work environment. Dental Kidds leads the industry with state-of-the-art equipment, beautifully themed clinics, and the top 10% of teams in the United States. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and assessments for patients. • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals. • Perform various orthodontic procedures • Monitor patients' progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments as required. • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. • Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Qualifications: • Valid orthodontic license or certification in the state/region of practice. • Knowledge of orthodontic principles, techniques, and best practices. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Dedication to providing quality patient care. Compensation: $200,000 - $450,000 yearly
