About Us

We are a modern, mostly digital dental laboratory specializing in high-quality crown, bridge, and implant restorations. Our workflow includes in-house CAD/CAM production as well as coordination with international partners. We are growing and looking for an experienced professional to manage case flow and communication.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dental Lab Case Manager to oversee case coordination between dental offices, our internal lab team, and overseas production partners.

This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate must have dental knowledge and be able to manage cases independently without constant supervision.

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with dental offices regarding case details, prescriptions, and follow-ups

• Review incoming cases to ensure all required information is complete before design

• Coordinate and track cases to ensure on-time delivery

• Serve as liaison between our lab and overseas production partners

• Provide clear instructions and documentation for outsourced cases

• Handle case-related questions, adjustments, and remake communication

• Maintain organized case tracking and documentation systems

• Work closely with lab manager and technical team to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements (Do Not Apply if Missing)

• Prior dental experience required (dental office or dental lab)

• Strong understanding of dental terminology (crowns, implants, materials such as zirconia and e.max)

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently

Language Requirement

• Armenian or Russian language required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital workflows (STL files, intraoral scanners, lab communication)

• Experience working with dental labs or outsourcing cases

• Familiarity with case management or lab software
