Qualifications
- Degree in sales, marketing business is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of business to business outside sales experience, preferably within the dental, medical device, or healthcare services field
- Ability to demonstrate consultative sales skills
- Familiarity with digital workflows, intraoral scanners, implants, or cosmetic restorative dentistry
- Strong budget development, oversight and sales management skills
- Strong written/oral communication and a customer-first mindset
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred. Demonstrate proficiency in leads tracking and conversion metrics
- Proven history of achieving sales quotas and building a territory;
- Ability to travel and navigate the surrounding area of the assigned territory, accommodating overnight stays as needed
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check
Additional Information
Expected base salary range of $50,000 to 65,000 plus uncapped eligibility for commissions. Salary is based on level of experience and relevant skills.
